How to Transfer Your SolarEdge Monitoring to EcoLogical Energy Systems
Follow these simple steps to move your monitoring service.
Step 1: Create a SolarEdge Customer Account

Go to this link: SolarEdge Registration Page

Fill out the form to create your account.

Once registered, you will receive a Customer Number. Write this number down, you will need it later.
Step 2: Open the Site Transfer Form

Go to this page: SolarEdge Site Transfer.
Step 3: Fill Out the Form

Enter the Customer Number you received in Step 1.

Type in your email address.

Enter the Serial Number of your SolarEdge inverter.

You can find this number on the side of your inverter, or inside the SolarEdge monitoring portal (if you have access).

If you know your Site ID (found in the monitoring portal), type it in.

If you don’t know your Site ID or don’t have monitoring access, click the link to upload a document that proves you own your home.

Enter your phone number.

Under “Please select the service from the list below,” choose:

“Transfer monitoring site from one installer to another.”

Enter our installer information:
-
EcoLogical Energy Systems Installer Account ID: 61393
-
Type it in both the first box and the confirmation box.

Agree to the terms and conditions.
-
Type in your first and last name.
-
Click Proceed.
